Dr. Karolina Janasek is a board certified pediatrician specializing in the care of infants and children. Dr. Janasek graduated from Lafayette College with honors in psychology. She received her medical degree from St. George's University and completed her 3-year pediatric residency at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Janasek also served as pediatric chief resident at Albany Medical Center. Education and research are valued to Dr. Janasek. During her residency, she took part in research involving a reading advocacy program in the neonatal intensive care unit. Dr. Janasek worked in Albany before returning to New Jersey, where she was born and raised. She is a first generation Polish American and is fluent in Polish. Dr. Janasek is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
