Dr. Poblete is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in the care of infants and children. She achieved her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University before earning her medical degree from Ross University, and completed a three-year residency in pediatrics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey at University Hospital and Hackensack University Medical Center. In July 2023, Dr Poblete became certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and was later recognized as Favorite Kids' Doc by NJ Family Magazine in 2024. 

Before joining Advocare Morristown Pediatrics, Dr. Poblete worked at North Hudson Community Action Corp in developing areas of New Jersey helping underprivileged children and their families. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, Dr. Poblete is a member of several esteemed medical associations, including the Medical Society of New Jersey, the Morris County Medical Society, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married with two children.
